High school students, Hanuram Manikandan and Ishaan Pradhan found it hard to get the right resources to help with preparations for their exams. After recognizing how expensive private prep often is, they decided to build something different: a student-led tutoring program through peer collaboration. More than teaching, they want to build a personal connection with their students.

They started by developing their own 4-week SAT-aligned curriculum, creating tutor training systems, and designing data trackers to monitor student growth. What began as an idea quickly became a movement to create real, community-based change in education.
